Rose Bouquet
New from Portmeirion in 2007 Rose Bouquet is a quintessential British range of table and gift ware. It has been created to bring classic designs back to the table. The initial launch is of a compact range giving all the essential for afternoon tea, it would be impossible to surround yourself with this charming design and not drift off into memories of summer afternoons.
Using a charming palette of red, white, pink and yellow and a scalloped edge design, the collection will make a chic addition to any home. Rose Bouquet ceramics include all 3 standard sizes of plates with a decorated rim pattern to the 10" plate and full face decoration for both the 9" and 6" plates. A multipurpose bowl is included for desserts and soup etc and a teacup and saucer and mug make up the main serviceware. Sugar, cream and a 30oz / 0.85L Teapot completes the teaservice and with a 2 tier cake stand for special occassions and a treasure box for special gifts the ceramic collection is complete. The range is also complimented by a small range of trays and placemats and coasters.
The rose motifs used in Rose Bouquet are those originally launched in the Botanic Roses range. Scarborogh Fair, Portmeirion Rose, Warm Wishes, Polar Star, Teasing Georgia and Fragrant Cloud are the main roses used.

Tea For One
The Tea For One Teapot was first introduced into Portmeirion's Botanic Garden, Botanic Blue and Up The Garden Path in 2006. The piece is included in the original launch for Rose Bouquet as it has proved so popula in the other ranges. The Tea For One Teapot comes in two main pieces. The top half is a conventional teapot holding 12oz / 0.35L the teapot inturn sits inside a teacup making up the bottom half of the piece. ( 10oz / 0.3L capacity) This is perfect for those of us who prefer a proper brewed cup of tea but find most teapots too large for one.
