De Buyer Priority

Priority Pans are manufactured to the highest standard from a completely new composite stainless steel which allows even heat distribution on all heat sources. The pans are made in one piece, and both the bottom and sides are 2mm thick ensuring uniform cooking from top edge to base. The stainless steel tube handles are solidly fixed with large stainless steel rivets. The sauté and grill pans are also available with a PTFE ceramic ultra resistant coating. Priority is easy to handle and dishwasher safe.

De Buyer Blue Steel

Blue Steel is Rust Resistant, Perfect for Sealing, Frying and Browning, If you have ever seen chefs cook with pans directly in the flame then chances are they are using Blue Steel. The pans are designed for intensive use in professional kitchens, and feature rivetted steel handles. Blue Steel is steel which has been subjected to a form of heat treatment which gives temporary protection against oxidation before use.

Care Advice:
Season before use and do not leave food lying in the pan.
The pan will blacken after several uses and very little fat will then be required. The more the pan is used the better it becomes.
Wash pan in hot water without washing-up liquid.
To avoid oxidation, wipe immediately with kitchen paper, oil if you wish, then store in a dry place.

De Buyer Choc Classic & Induction

The Choc Collections have a professional quality multi-layer PTFE coating with optimum non-stick and slip qualities. The thick base allows rapid and even heat distribution with extra strong high temperature epoxy-coated steel strip handles fixed by robust rivets with a French-style design curve for optimum grip.
Care Advice: NEVER overheat (250°C max.) or leave empty on a heat source. Metal or sharp edged utensils should not be used. After use just wash in hot water and washing-up liquid, with a soft sponge.

Carbone Plus Pans from De Buyer

De Buyer Carbone Plus

Carbone Plus pans are no-frills traditional iron pans. Designed in the traditional "Lyonnaise" shape these pans are traditionally used in professional kitchens for sealing, frying and browning. The pans come with no finished coating and need to be sealed before use. They are able to withstand high temperatures and their heavy duty 2.5 - 3mm thick steel construction ensures they will not warp or buckle. To withstand the rigors of such intense heat and utilitarian use the handles are attatched with extra strong rivets. These pans will last forever and like all plain iron pans the more you use them the better they get. These pans should be washed in warm water without detergent.

Affinity pans offer ultra-fast cooking, energy saving and vitamines savings. The unique multi layer construction ensures that the pans heat enenly and cooking stops instantaneously when the heat source is removed. This enables a perfect control and a vitamines and energy saving when cooking. The pans are ideal for high temperature cooking, thanks to the matierial thickness and its perfect symmetry around the central basic aluminium layer, Affinity pans never will distort. The inner magnetic stainless steel allows the Affinity line to be used with all types of heat sources, including INDUCTION. Affinity pans are dishwasher safe but can equally be cleaned by hand with warm water and a good detergent.
